It was approved by the Minister of Internal Affairs on October 31, 1928. Despite reservations about the design of the badge, the Minister of Military Affairs approved it on January 18, 1929.
Two-piece badge, silver-plated tombak, enamel.

Pre-war, early cap, consistent with the maker of the badge.

Badge with beautiful patina, good condition - visible loss of enamel and rubbing of silvering.
