One of the examples where we belive the assigned grade undervalues the banknote inside. This note comes from the foreign bank archives has never been in the circulation. Lack of EPQ limited the max grade to 64 but we strongly belive that such a fresh and crisp note in perfect condition deserved better grade. As we had no time for "graders review" we put it on the auction only with this additional comment. Flawless banknote !
