The vouchers were issued by a professor at the Chrzanów Gymnasium. It is known from surviving documents that out of 14500 pieces issued, the entire edition without 143 pieces was withdrawn from circulation and burned.

No numerator on the obverse and a facsimile signature rather than a handwritten one.
