The investment fund vouchers were issued in ten series, marked with Roman numerals from I to X. Each series included 40,000 vouchers.
The vouchers were perpetual, interest-free debentures of the Treasury. They were accepted at face value by the coffers of tax and customs offices for payment of all state taxes and tributes, fines and fees, and customs duties.
Redemption of the vouchers took place through weekly draws. These were bonus vouchers - as the drawn pieces were redeemed by the state for 100 zlotys for each 25-zloty voucher.
