The purpose of issuing these bonds was to encourage participation in the General Privatization Program.
Bonds not used to purchase shares by 31.01.1995 were accepted for redemption. Redemption was carried out initially by points organized by BGK, and from 1.07.1996 to 31.12.2000 directly by BGK.
