J. Mazur's catalog - Part 1 with Supplement - is the first recent study of Polish Treasury debt securities. The catalog is accompanied by a Supplement containing supplementary information acquired by the author after the catalog was published.
This is the first of the planned three parts, covering debt and treasury securities from 1782-1996. The catalog is richly illustrated, which adds to its value.
