Medieval Numismatics. Coinage an archaeological, historical and iconographic source.
The study is divided into several parts. The first is an introduction, where the author describes coin recognition and research methods. In this part, the reliability of the coin as a source is examined. The second part, the main part, deals with the coin as an archaeological source. Various finds and its origins are analyzed. The last part deals with iconography. In the conclusion, the author refers to underwater numismatics.
