Variety with wide bust of the king, with punctuation in the form of asterisks.
On the obverse cross ends the peripheral legend, of which there is one dot under the cross.
In Jan Dostych's catalogue the rarity R5.
Obverse: half-length portrait of the king facing right, in a crown and armour, with a sword resting on his shoulder and an orb in his hand, on his chest the Order of the Golden Fleece, below the Półkozic coat of arms
