Obverse: a winged woman with a Phrygian cap on her head, holding a book with the date 1791, a palm branch and a tripartite shield of the coat of arms of the Republic with the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania and Ruthenia, below it a wreath and an anchor with a sash, on it the date 1891
