Commemorative badge of the 5th Infantry Regiment of Legions named after Józef Piłsudski from Vilnius.

It was approved by the Minister of Military Affairs on June 21, 1929.

Officer's version of the badge, No. 5631 (stamped with a numerator), one-piece, oxidized sterling silver (confirmed on the reverse with a small feature).

Made by Teofil Filipski - Vilnius.

The pre-war cap is consistent with the maker of the badge, which is further confirmed on the reverse with the T.F. namesake.

Dimensions 34 x 34 mm

Badge with patina, very good minus condition - minor scratches and rubbing of the Eagle.
